How can you stay on top of the UPS and FedEx money-back exceptions and maximize your refunds?

Neither UPS nor FedEx makes it easy to receive a refund in case of a service failure. What would be easy to automate on the carriers' end must be manually done on the customer's side instead. Ever-changing exceptions make it difficult for customers to get refunds— and that's exactly the point.

At ShipRx, our proprietary software performs over 40 checks on every shipment to discover any service failures by UPS and FedEx. Once discovered, we'll request your refund within the allotted 15-day window, and you'll see the refund credited to your next bill. Despite the many exceptions to FedEx and UPS money-back guarantee, ShipRx parcel audits usually help customers recover 2-3% in refunds.

Getting started is free. Just fill out this form (no credit card necessary!), and the ShipRx team will do the rest.
